About me

I have a passion for UX/UI design and spend part of my free time developing and design apps for smartphones and the web. I am very fascinated by IT and the way it shapes our society, and I love working with creating IT solutions that fits users needs and makes everyones lives just a little better.

Software skills

This list shows the primary software I work with, as well as a rating of how I perceive my skills with each of them. Flutter/Dart and NextJS/TailwindCSS are not applications, but rather programming languages and SDKs. Nevertheless they are included in this list since they are relevant software skills.

Work experience

I've had various work experiences that I've learned a lot from as shown on the timeline. Across these I've learned a lot about handling responsibility and stressful situations, communicating to people, collaborating with different people, designing websites, apps, and marketing material. I've also had oppurtunities to apply methods I've learned through my education to real businesses and processes, and have been fortunate to have an impact on the design of websites, apps, and marketing material.

Formal education

For my education I've studied a bachelor in information technology and a master in information studies. These are both closely related to UX and development. Information technology primarily dealt with three different main subject, which were communication/design, business, and programming. Information studies dealt with design of software and had a focus on user-centered design and methods that supported this approach to design.
